MYWALL – “Powered by HP” is an initiative by Print Expressions to make this world green, sustainable and a better place to live in. We create wall graphics as per the space and décor. We have more than 500 ready to use designs to make your walls look as beautiful as your thoughts are. MYWALL also offers an option to customize your walls with personalized themes, pictures or ideas. HP-PVC Free wallpaper is FSC certified with 10% recycled content from PCW. When printed with HP Latex inks, the odorless prints are GreenGuard Children and School certified. We use the same technology on various substrates to make your artwork live, vibrant and durable. This product can be pasted directly on walls, mica, glass, wood, steel, sun board and plastic. The removal of the wallpaper is also very easy and does not damage the surface under specific conditions and removal instructions.

SPECIFIC RULES AND TERMS CONCERNING THE USE OF OUR PRODUCT, THE PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCT AND THE USE OF IMAGES TO PRODUCE THOSE PRODUCTS

Installation
MYWALL takes responsibility for supplying a product perfectly cut/ packed and presented as ordered by our client. MYWALL does not accept responsibility for DIY ( Do It Yourself ) installation problems or for mistakes in cutting, gluing, or fixing by the customer. MYWALL accepts full responsibility for installations undertaken by themselves or by MYWALL certified & trained installers. MYWALL does not accept responsibility for the removal of wallpaper that MYWALL installs or for any damages that may occur from the removal of their product – at any time. It is suggested that before installation the customer should read “How to use” and check the “video on installation” and follow the same.

Damages to wall surfaces
MYWALL accepts no responsibility for damage to wall surfaces as a result of the application of our product. It is clearly stated here that the selection of wall, wall surface, application paste and finishing methods are the choice and responsibility of the purchaser. MYWALL and its associated companies and suppliers will not accept any liability for any damages caused to wall finishes during installation.

USE OF UPLOADED IMAGES AND COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

MYWALL and it’s associated suppliers and subcontractors can in no way be held responsible for copyright infringement resulting from the use of uploaded images. It is clearly understood that the expectation of MYWALL is that the use of the image or image file is full responsibility of the MYWALL customer and that all uploads are made with the full understanding, sanction and approval of the owner of the image or image file.
It is stated clearly here that any breach or infringement of copyright will be considered the fault of the MYWALL customer and MYWALL will accept no liability for such breach.
If there is any doubt as to the legal rights or restrictions applicable to any image or image file, it is MYWALL express recommendation that the file is not uploaded or used to create a MYWALL product.

PROMOTION POLICIES

MYWALL may offer at time some promotional schemes which may be open for all the users of this website only.
Offers are not transferable.
Employees of MYWALL and its affiliates/subsidiaries, associated agencies, participating operators and their immediate family members and relatives are not eligible for any offers running on our website.
Offers cannot be clubbed together.
The promotions are governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out these are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon,Haryana only.
Failure by MYWALL to enforce any of these rules in any instance(s) shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
