When you buy our products/services, your purchase does not meet money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will make serious efforts to resolve the issue.To request an issue, simply contact us with your purchase details within five (5) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and inform us about your issues. We shall get back to you with an appropriate solution within 3 working day

MYWALL Team is committed to maintain quality standards and pay high attention to provide excellent service to our customers. The entire team is Synchronized to make, deliver and install the product to meet or exceed your expectations. But there are certain circumstances that may lead you to return the product. Such instances are clearly mentioned below

You may return your wallpaper in case of:

Damaged or tampered wallpaper order packaging at the time of receipt.
Incorrect specifications in terms of size and/or design provided by you.
Please Note: MYWALL Team is not responsible for any damage that happens during transit and is therefore not liable to offer any return in any such case.

Return in Case of Tampered Packaging

If at the time of receipt of your order, you find your order packaging to be open, damaged or tampered with, we strongly suggest that you DO NOT accept your order. In such cases you must:
Ask the courier to take the order back. And also inform us immediately within 24 hours about the same by sending an email to so that the corrective action can be taken against the responsible body.

Return in Case of Incorrect Order

If you find that the wallpaper delivered to you is incorrect and does not match the design and/or size specifications provided by you, you must inform us about the discrepancy by sending an email to within 24 hours of the receipt of your order mentioning your order details/ approval copy, so that we can take a corrective action to keep you happy.

We will diagnose your order Vs dispatch specifications and once the same is verified and if any discrepancy is found, our QC will send you a request to send us back the order in its original shipping package within 5 working days.

Please Note : In case you want to return your damaged/incorrect/defective wallpaper back to us, you will need to bear the applicable shipping and handling costs involved in the process. MYWALL will not be liable to bear any shipping and handling costs involved in returning incorrect wallpaper order back to the company.
